Apprenticeship Support Australia launches in South Australia

The Apprenticeship Support Australia launch was held at Business SA on Monday 31 August 2015.

Over 100 guests and dignitaries were in attendance  at the official  launch which introduced the new range of services under the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) which came into effect on the 1st of July 2015.  

This is the largest reform to apprenticeship support in more than two decades.
 

Special Guest speaker was the Hon. Simon Birmingham, Senator for South Australia and Assistant Minister for Education and Training, other key speakers included Darren Cocks, Managing Director Chamber Apprenticeship Support Australia and Danielle Buckley who presented on Skillsroad.

Attendees included Federal Government representatives, including AusIndustry, State Government representatives from the Department of State Development, representatives from various business sectors as well as Registered Training Organisations and Job active providers.
