ASA's apprentice, Caden Taylor won Schools Based Apprenticeship & Traineeship (SBAT) of the Year for Western NSW.

Caden is employed by Intersport in Bathurst where the skills he's learnt, will help him move into the construction industry after his HSC. He was already secured a full-time carpentry apprenticeship and is excited about his next vocational journey.

Caden has a genuine passion for vocational education and he has been an outstanding ambassador as a SBAT student. Furthermore, his journey has brought him to share his insights with his peers and has also spoken to the Year 10 cohort at his school, both on assembly and at a career market, encouraging younger students to consider the many benefits of a vocational pathway.

Congratulations Caden Taylor!
