The Apprentice Connect Australia Provider – Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct applies to all Apprentice Connect Australia Providers and the staff. It represents the standards they apply when they deal with you.

Code of good practice

This has been developed to ensure employers, apprentices and trainees entering into a training contract have a clear understanding of each other’s obligations and expectations throughout the lifetime of your apprenticeship.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is a reference number that gives you access to your personal training records in the National VET Data Collection. You need to provide this at the sign-up.

Apprenticeships Data Management System (ADMS)

ADMS is an online platform developed by the Australian Government that helps manage claims and applications for apprentices.

National employment standards

Understanding the National Employment Standards (NES) is essential for ensuring compliance and protecting your rights.
