Apprenticeships and traineeships can be offered across the following qualification levels:
 
  • Certificate II
  • Certificate III
  • Certificate IV
  • Diploma
  • Advanced Diploma

At each level of qualification from Certificate II to Certificate IV your child will need to show that they have gained specific skills and knowledge across:
 
  • Literacy and numeracy
  • Communication skills
  • Working in teams
  • Workplace technology
  • Industry specific competencies

Recognition of prior learning

Apprentices may receive formal recognition of their existing skills and knowledge to reduce the amount of study they must complete.
