We are pleased to announce the results from our 2023 Australian Apprentice Non-Completion Survey, involving over a thousand apprentices who did not complete their apprenticeship with their first employer. 

We reveal their motivations and primary concerns for not completing their apprenticeship. The research findings show that failing to complete an apprenticeship does not necessarily signify failure or an end to a promising career; rather, it often represents a pivot towards a new direction.
