Apprenticeship Support Australia WA launch takes the cake!

More than 100 staff nibbled on designer cupcakes iced with the new Apprenticeship Support Australia logo, following a video presentation by CCI General Manager Workforce Solutions, Nathan Bentley, on the expanded apprenticeship services that will be delivered by Apprenticeship Support Australia across Western Australia and the nation.
 

“Our present clients will receive the personalised local services they have come to expect from our team, which are now powered by the business chamber partnership between CCI, Business SA, NSW Business Chamber and the Victorian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry,” Nathan told the gathering.

“Our Apprenticeship Support Australia clients will now be able to utilise a holistic careers portal – Skillsroad – that offers practical tools and resources to support all who play a role in facilitating the successful careers journey of apprentices and trainees,” Nathan said.

In WA, Apprenticeship Support Australia Industry Training Consultants will be located in Kununurra, Broome, Port Hedland, Karratha, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Christmas Island, Esperance, Albany, Bunbury, Mandurah, Northam and Perth.

CCI has successfully partnered with more than 30,000 businesses across the state and signed up more than 160,000 apprentices and trainees since 1998.

“As part of the Apprenticeship Support Australia network we look forward to continued success in implementing the Federal Government’s Australian Apprenticeship Support Network. We play a key part in ensuring apprentices and their employers receive premium apprenticeship support services which will drive completion rates across the country,” Nathan concluded.
