Apprenticeship Support Australia wants to hear from apprentices and trainees across the country about their experiences, the best bits, the challenges, and everything in between.

The First Year Experience Survey is now open, giving apprentices and trainees who have been signed up by ASA the chance to share their feedback and go in the draw to win a $1,000 eftpos gift card. Plus, there are two $250 spot prizes up for grabs!

Why your feedback matters

Your voice helps shape the future of apprenticeship and traineeship support in Australia. The survey gives ASA valuable insights into what’s working well and where improvements can be made – from training and mentoring to workplace support and communication.

Every response helps us better understand your needs and ensure future apprentices and trainees get the best possible experience to set them up for success.

Invitations to the survey have been sent directly to apprentices and trainees via email and SMS. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case) for your personal survey link and instructions on how to take part. The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete.
