Greta was at a point of making a signifcant life decision - choosing her career path. She had heard alot about Women in Trades and was really excited about what opportunities this could open up for her.

After observing Austec Industrial Engineering, she was offered an apprenticeship by employer Mick. Since then, she has learned a great deal by watching her team and working with metal. Read her story in full here, where she talks about her journey and the support she received.
