Skills shortage intensifies in Australia

The Annual Jobs and Skills Report 2023 from Jobs and Skills Australia found that 36 percent of assessed occupations were in national shortage.

The Annual Jobs and Skills Report 2023, released by Jobs and Skills Australia, found that 36 percent of assessed occupations were in national shortage in 2023, five percent higher than the year before. Shortages were the most common for Technicians and Trades Workers.
