What qualifications are available?

Nationally recognised qualifications can be accessed for staff at most levels of your organisation, ranging from Certificate II through to Advanced Diploma level. From front line staff, to office administration and management, there are hundreds of qualifications and some of these may be offered as funded apprenticeships or traineeships.

Apprenticeships and traineeships are available in more than 500 occupations, ranging from traditional trades, engineering, manufacturing through to media, electronics, tourism, telecommunications, retail and financial services.

Recognition of prior learning

Apprentices may receive formal recognition of their existing skills and knowledge to reduce the amount of study they must complete.
