Traineeships with a glass and a half of impact

It was a sweet moment when ASA Tasmania signed up the Mondelēz International team into their traineeships – the start of something deliciously exciting for their leaders.

Their Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is packed with a “glass and a half” of learning in every block, building strong leadership skills that are made to last, not melt.

ASA State Operations Manager, Tasmania, Naomi Walker said: “The Apprenticeship Support Australia Tasmania team are incredibly proud to be supporting local employers like Mondelēz, helping grow leadership capability right here in our own backyard – because great workplaces, like great chocolate, start with the right blend.”

About Mondelez

Mondelez International is a leading global snack company with iconic brands in biscuits, chocolate, gum, and confectionery.

Notably, Cadbury, has been Tasmanian made for nearly 100 years, and to this day 40 dairy farms in Tasmania’s north-west supply the company. Each day, 80,000 litres of milk is collected and processed at the Burnie plant. Meanwhile, Croydon has a 100-strong team at its co-packing facility, and Suttontown has been the home of Philadelphia manufacturing for more than 40 years, with its 110-strong plant team producing around 20,000 tonnes of cream cheese annually.

ASA helps businesses and trainees get the right blend of success – from the first bite.
