BuildUp Constructions Pty Ltd has a long-standing relationship with Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA), helping them commence more than fifty apprentices over the past twenty years.

Recognising the value of women in trades, BuildUp Constructions Pty Ltd is encouraging and supporting women entering a trade. They recently welcomed Bailey McCormick, a first year apprentice, who is making her mark in a male dominated trade.

Bailey started after applying for a work trial and has progressed significantly in her apprenticeship, with ASA supporting her on every step of her journey.

"So far, ASA has provided the utmost support in starting my apprenticeship. I have been given many resources to help me along the way and am free to ask any questions or voice any concerns I have."
